Team leaders at the practice
The Senior Administrators manage all of the day to day aspects of the Practice such as making sure that the right systems and the right people are in place, at the right time, in order to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, patient safety, premises, equipment and IT (information technology). The team support the Admin Team, Care Coordinators, GPs and other medical professionals to deliver patient services and also helps to develop extended services, enhancing patient experience and care.
Our Operations team is led by Francis and Joey, supported by our Senior Clerks Katie, Liz, Jake and Jordan
Reception/Secretarial Staff
Our Care Navigators attend to patients on the phone and in person. They coordinate and organise appointments and documentation to facilitate the smooth running of the Practice, and support delivery of quality patient care. The Reception Staff have a very demanding role. They are there to assist you and we would ask you to be patient during peak times, when the staff have to handle a large volume of calls and walk-in enquiries. We suggest that the best way to get a response for non-immediate requests is via our the online system on this website. The staff will ask you a small amount of personal information about your medical condition if you are asking for an appointment or have a medical query – this information is used to ensure your request is dealt with by the correct Clinician and assist fellow Healthcare Professionals who work within the Practice to manage your healthcare and well-being.
All staff adhere to the Practice’s Confidentiality Policy and Data Protection Act 2018.
Social Prescribing at TWW Healthcare
We also have a Social Prescriber working at TWW Healthcare. her name is Ashwini and she works in the community as well as in the Practice.
Here is a short message from Ashwini;
Hi, I am your Social Prescriber.
I am here to work with you towards your wellbeing needs, always keeping in mind ‘What matters to you’.
If you don’t know who to contact with social issues like isolation, domestic violence, debt advice, employment, learning new skills, or anything in general, you are most welcome to connect with me. You can ask anyone in the surgery for a Social Prescriber referral.
In case if I don’t know an answer to your question, I can find it out for you by getting in touch with my extended teams as we all work together towards wellbeing of the population.
If you don’t like phone calls or face to face conversations, we can always use emails or text based support.
I look forward to working with you.
